My academic session will commence next week. Finally, i can settle down and restart my study life again.

This time, however, the environment is totally different. It is something i have been long for, exciting, new and challenging. I hope i can cope with it and manage to adapt myself as soon as i can.

Being here, it is as an opportunity for me to immerse myself in a foreign culture and have experiences unattainable in my own country. I choose to study abroad in hopes of enhancing my employment prospects.

Determination determines destiny!

Direction determines where am i aheaded. I have my goals. A plan helps immensely. Excitement helps me keep on track when the going gets tough. Positive outlook helps me continue to see things as they really are.

Determine your future. Be determined. Be pigheaded. Don’t give in if you’re right. Don’t give up!

It’s really a nice day i had!

Four of us,me, JuWin, KaiLee and Eunice have a sydney town tour today. We went to Syney Opera House, Harbour bridge and Darling Harbour area. I earned AUD45 in the Casino today! Haha..so the money i won cover all my expenses in town today. What a nice day !

Sad to leave my mom alone in Malaysia.. But i promise u mom, i will give u everything the best after i graduate.

My flight was delayed for 2 hours. So i reached Sydney at 8pm local time. Well, i must say i’m lucky enough to get to know this girl in the plane, Ting Ying. Her brother fetched me to my house later on.
I took Austrian airlines this time.. Enjoy the atmosphere in the plane as most of the cabin crew speak German, and i caught some chances to speak to them in German too. They treated me quite good in return compare to those english-speaking asian.

My room is quite small.. but good enough for one person.
Still a mess…luggage piled around..

This friday dawn,17th 5am..  i will leave kl and head to Sydney, a place where i have been longing for so long. I need 2 years to get my bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering in UNSW, a prestigious university particularly for its engineering courses.

I have a mixed feeling. Feeling of triumph (bcoz this is something i strike for) , feeling of appreciation (the opportunity i got), feeling of gratefulness (to those who help me a lot), feeling of reluctance (since i will be there for years!)…

I’m really looking forward the study life in University of New South Wales.
